Don't Date!

Have a Relationship Instead

Hani Iskander

"Why do dating apps feel more like a game than a path to love?"

Millions swipe, match, and chat, yet so many are left feeling lonelier than ever. The promise of endless choice has delivered something nobody wanted: an infinite scroll that mistakes activity for progress. Don't Date! is the book that names what most people already sense, and shows you what to do instead.

Written by Hani Iskander, this is a practical, psychologically grounded roadmap through every stage of modern romance. From crafting an online profile that reflects who you actually are, to reading non-verbal cues on a first date, handling rejection without losing momentum, and building a relationship that lasts. NLP techniques are woven throughout, giving you concrete tools (not just insights) to communicate better, build trust, and work through the difficult moments every relationship encounters.

This is not a book about dating tactics. It is a guide to becoming someone who is genuinely ready for the real thing.

  • Master online dating without losing yourself in the process
  • Read the subtle signals that reveal true intentions
  • Handle every milestone, from first date to long-term commitment, with confidence
  • Build the communication and trust that make love last

shinka 進化

Priorities & Time Blocking

"Time is not measured by the passing of years but by what one does, feels, and achieves."

— Nitobe Inazo

Shinka (進化) means evolution. The name is deliberate. Each of the 39 daily planning spreads inside this notebook is designed as a small act of forward progress: structured, intentional, and unhurried.

The left page pairs a categorised priority list with a time-blocking schedule running from 7am to 6pm in 30-minute intervals. Built into the layout is the Eisenhower Matrix, which sorts every task into one of four categories: urgent and important (do first), important but not urgent (schedule), urgent but not important (delegate), and neither (discard). This is not a generic to-do list. It is a system that forces you to distinguish between what matters and what merely feels busy.

The right page opens into a clean grid for notes, diagrams, and free-form thinking. Meeting notes, project sketches, quick calculations, reflections on the day. Every opening becomes a complete daily workspace: priorities on the left, thinking space on the right.

Thirty-nine days. Eight weeks of genuinely intentional work.

  • Top 20 daily priorities with category tagging
  • 30-minute time blocks from 7am to 6pm
  • Built-in Eisenhower Matrix for clear task prioritisation
  • Grid page for free-form notes and thinking
  • 39 planning spreads, approximately 8 weeks of structured days

shisaku 思索

Canvas of Insights

Shisaku (思索) means contemplation: the act of thinking deeply about something complex or important. This notebook is designed to support exactly that.

Each of the 164 lined pages offers a generous canvas for your ideas, notes, and thinking. At the top: a header for date and title. At the bottom: something rarer. A unique wisdom quote, different on every single page, drawn from some of the most profound thinkers of any era.

The effect is subtle but cumulative. You write a meeting summary, turn the page, and find Darwin on adaptation. You capture a half-formed idea, and find Rumi on courage. Every session becomes unexpectedly richer.

"I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions."

"The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus."

— Bruce Lee

"To handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart."

— Eleanor Roosevelt

"Even a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

— Lao Tzu
